Description
This site highlights all the activities happening over summer in Hamilton’s Garden Place.
My Role
I built this site in ExpressionEngine. It’s a fairly straight-forward CMS, with events either showing up on the homepage (if they are happening today), or as a paginated list of future events. Users can also sign up to hold an event or participate in events.
The only custom scripting in this site is to display a live webcam feed. If you click on the webcam image, it will show a larger version in a lightbox, which also fires off a JavaScript event every 3 seconds to fetch the latest image.
